International Shipping is something we do regularly, so we will certainly be able to help!

How to order

Firstly, you are more than welcome to shop online, however our site is only designed to charge UK VAT, please don't worry as we will refund any overpayment as a result of this, once shipping costs have been calculated. We will contact you with a shipping quotation once we have calculated the weight of your order.

Most international customers like to contact us by email or telephone. If you do we can provide you with a full quote before placing the order. You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or we can send you a secure PayPal Money Request, whichever is easiest for you. If your items have to be made to order then we will not charge for shipping until we are ready to dispatch.

VAT, Customs Duties and Taxes

EU and International Customers – if the billing and delivery address is outside of the UK then we are able to remove the UK VAT element of the price for you. If it is easier for you to complete your purchase online, our site will charge VAT but this will be refunded to you as we process your order. Customs Duties and Taxes

Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country and also on the value of the goods passing through. You are responsible for any duties and taxes that are charged and the courier will contact you as your goods transit through customs if there is anything to pay. Please bear in mind that the time taken to settle a customs payment can delay the overall shipping timeframe.

For some countries we are able to offer an advance Duty Paid service and where this is the case we will offer both shipping rates to you.

How will my order be shipped?

Within the EU we generally use an Over Land Tracked Courier service, although for particularly small items we sometime use a Royal Mail Tracked service. These are services that usually take between 3 – 5 working days. Outside of the EU we use a Tracked Air Courier service, although again if the parcel is small and light enough we can use a Royal Mail Tracked service.

Air Courier – we use a Global Priority Service and shipping times do depend on your location. If you are in a particular hurry we can use a Global Express service, please contact us for prices and delivery times.

Royal Mail International – typically takes 5 – 7 working days for most locations.
