These Black Iron Traditional Lever Handles are a very classic design. The Lever Handle also has a choice of backplates - Lever Lock, Euro Lock,Lever Latch and Bathroom Privacy.
There is also a wide range of door, window and cabinet furniture available in these finishes so that you can create a complete look around your home.
Made from iron and then sheradized, primed and painted with a flat black paint to create a durable barrier, which protects the iron to prolong the life of the item.
Normal use of these products will eventually remove the paint, but protection is still provided by the sheradizing, which will restrict the onset of rust.
We recommend the product is wiped periodically with a lightly oiled cloth. Oils such as 3in1 or WD40 are suited for this purpose. Chipped Paint - we would suggest the product is touched up using Hammerite or similar black paint.
For use with Mortice locks and latches and come Sprung as standard.
So, we recommend using a Standard or Light Sprung lock or latch, usually up to an 80mm lock case is used to ensure the lever isn't positioned too far away from the edge of the door.
Supplied with matching fixings. The screws supplied are hand finished, so please take care when fixing. Always use a pilot drill.
