These Blacksmith External Beeswax Letter Plates and matching Letter Plate Covers are available in two sizes, Large and Small. You can buy the letter plate on its own or together as a set. The letter plate is sprung loaded and both sizes are heavy duty. The letter plate cover is lightweight and easy to fit. It helps to reduce draughts and improve the appearance of the inside of the door, covering up the letter plate bolts.

External Beeswax – this finish is a signature of From The Anvil and is manufactured using a unique anti-corrosive beeswax. Much like our standard Beeswax, it offers a matt richness with a depth of colour, ranging from blue to deep ochre red. This natural finish is a far softer alternative to black powder coating.

Note - Do not use chemicals or cleaning products as this may affect the finish. Although the finish already offers a very strong barrier against environmental conditions, we recommend re-applying a small amount of a good quality natural beeswax periodically with a cloth or brush which provides additional protection to the surface of your product and further protects this from any harmful external elements. Regular oiling of all moving parts using is beneficial to the longevity of products. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

Supplied with matching fixings. The screws supplied are hand finished, so please take care when fixing. Always use a pilot drill.
