Our Classic Brass Letter Plate is a really nice example of a period letterbox. Machine forged from solid brass, makes this a heavyweight letter plate with a superior finish
The flap is hand aged to highlight the lettering detail while the rest of the letter plateis left unlacquered so that it develops a warm, rich patina over time. You can choose to have the Classic Brass Letter Plate with or without a Clapper.
The flap is Spring Loaded and has a large opening capable of receiving A4 post. It is supplied with Stud or Clapper Pin bolt fixings to provide a very neat finish. The Classic Brass Letter Plate has its own matching Letter Tidy, which has been designed to connect to the letter plate using the either the stud head or clapper pin. This really does provide a first class finish.
