This striking Marine Stainless Avon Locking Casement Fastener is a simple four sided design, created by hand with a series of hammer blows and is well suited to traditional and contemporary settings alike. Made from marine grade 316 stainless steel, making it perfect for even the harshest of exterior environments.
Loved for its timeless simplicity, the Avon Range is From the Anvil's signature design. Hammered into shape, this very striking handle that will look good in both contemporary homes and country houses alike.
The fastener is reversible so can be used on either side of your window and comes with both a Mortice Plate and Hook Plate, making it suitable for windows with a central mullion or those that are flush fitting. The fastener has a locking grub screw for added security.
Marine Grade Stainless Steel - manufactured with high concentrations of chromium and nickel. These products offer great strength and have extremely resilient corrosion resistant properties which make them an excellent choice for coastal locations.
Satin Finish - This finish is low sheen and offers a frosted, matt look.
Polished Finish - This finish is very versatile, with a high sheen appearance that works well with warm tones and cool, contemporary settings alike.
Note - This finish is designed to be maintenance free and offers exceptional protection against corrosion. Surpassing 1000+ hours salt testing, it is a perfect choice for use in salt rich or heavily polluted environments.
Despite the natural durability of this finish, we would still recommend washing your product using a soft, clean cloth and mild soapy water from time-to-time to reduce unnecessary pollutants building up on the products surface. Please ensure all products are dried immediately with a clean, soft cloth after any cleaning.
Sold Individually and supplied with matching fixings. Always make a small pilot drill hole and use a manual screw driver to avoid damaging screws and finish.
