A pair of Nickel Octagonal Mortice Door Knobs that have been cast in brass and then nickel plated to give a highly polished finish. These door knobs are slightly larger than traditional round or bun shaped door knobs. This makes them particularly good for Georgian and Regency style oversized doors or Front Doors.
Suitable for mortice locks and latches only. The door knobs are Unsprung, so we recommend that you use Heavy Sprung lock or latch. So that you don't catch you hand on the door frame we also recommend that you use a lock or latch which is at least 100mm, to give you a backset of 75mm or more.
Sold as a Pair and supplied with matching fixings. Always make a small pilot drill hole and use a manual screw driver to avoid damaging screws and finish.
