This stylish Period Aged Bronze Sash Lift is a plain a simple design, so will suit many types of home. It matches perfectly with our Prestbury Sash Fasteners. It is fitted to the bottom of a sash window to help when lifting them open. They are usually fitted in pairs.
Aged Bronze - this finish is manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. The process used to age the metal results in a very dark, rich, matt appearance. During the final stages of manufacture a durable, matt lacquer is applied to help preserve the distinctive tones
Note - Do not use metal polish or other chemical cleaners as this will result in finish breaking down prematurely. Oiling moving parts during installation and periodically afterwards will help to aid protection against exterior and environmental elements.
Due to the matt lacquer coating this finish isn’t suitable for high traffic areas or coastal locations.
Sold individually and supplied with matching fixings and a hex key. The screws supplied are hand finished, so please take care when fixing. Always use a pilot drill.
