A very stylish Polished Chrome Reeded Casement Fastener designed to fit casement windows. The fastener is reversible so can be used on either side of your window and comes with both a Mortice Plate and Hook Plate, making it suitable for windows with a central mullion or those that are flush fitting. The fastener has a locking grub screw for added security.
This classic Regency style fastener is made from solid brass, before being nickel plated and has been designed to match the Reeded Door Handles in the range. There is also a Night Vent Fastener and Casement Stay to match. The Polished Chrome finish gives this a modern look making it suitable for a wide range of homes.
Polished Chrome - made from a base of solid brass coated with a durable chrome plating to give an exceedingly high-sheen finish. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished. This works best if a cool, clean look is desired.
Note – Do not use chemicals or cleaning products as it may affect the plated finish. An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the product from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements. For persistent marks the use of a good quality metal polish for silver finishes can used. Oiling moving parts during installation and periodically afterwards will help to aid protection against exterior and environmental elements.
Supplied with matching fixings. The screws supplied are hand finished, so please take care when fixing. Always use a pilot drill.
