The Richmond Collection - Unlacquered Living Finishes

These Unlacquered Living Finishes are suitable for both Internal and External use. As a living finish, it is designed to naturally oxidise and patina over time and where it is handled more frequently this will allow the finish to lighten.

Care

Clean your brass with warm, mild, soapy water and dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. An occasional light application of a good quality beeswax will assist in keeping the finish in good condition.

For Polished Brass Unlacquered only - To remove the effects of natural ageing (oxidisation) and to maintain the original polished finish, clean with a metal polish, before applying a thin layer of beeswax.
