The Rutland TS 9205 Door Closer - Satin Brass is engineered to last, known for its high efficiency & ease of opening. They are super adjustable – can be adjusted to suit almost all types of door.
It is Certifire approved and successfully third party tested to BS EN1154 & CE marked to power size 2-5.
Satin Brass - this is a hard wearing plated finish, a soft satin brass look that will compliment many traditional and contemporary brass finishes.
Back Check - the door is hydraulically slowed down once it reaches an angle of 75 degrees - this is to prevent doors from being swung open too hard and hitting the wall or other people.
Delayed Action - closing is delayed (this is adjustable) - this is to enable safe transit through the door way without the door swinging back too quickly.
Supplied with Flat Bar Armset, Semi-Radius Cover and all necessary fixings.
